Role and Responsibilities

• This is a full-time, SAP SuccessFactors LMS role at Seppin, located in Bangalore. As an SAP SuccessFactors LMS consultant, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, leading and managing teams, engaging with stakeholders, and driving customer success and partnerships. Exp: 0.6 to 3 Years Implementation/Support experience on SF LMS with client facing roles. Worked on the EC Integration with LMS Well-versed with EP & basic understanding of EC Worked on the Domain, Items, Program, Assignment profile Created the workflow, role-based permission. Worked on the i-content upload Exposure of OCN Integration Worked on the JAM Integration Worked on the connector Worked on the SCORM/AICC e-learning course content Exposure on SF LMS API Exposure on PRD reporting tool for LMS Good knowledge of integrating LMS modules with CDP/EP/OnB Exposure of any Talent Management module is added advantage Knowledge of Historical Data collection migration in LMS Knowledge of Activate methodology & documentation.
