Role and Responsibilities

• Role & responsibilities : 1.Responsible for creating and updating material records, managing material extensions to other plants, ensuring accurate HSN code updates, implementing quality control measures for materials, and resolving quality-related errors in materials. 2.Maintaining inventory accuracy and availability by blocking/unblocking materials as needed for quality control or inventory management, working with the Material Manager to update material data, and monitoring inventory levels and reorder points. 3.Responsible for creating and updating vendor records, extending vendor relationships to other plants, updating vendor bank details, monitoring vendor performance and compliance, and blocking/unblocking vendors based on performance or compliance issues. 4.Updating vendor PAN information, collaborating with vendors on order processing and delivery, and ensuring accurate payment processing. 5.Creating and updating customer records, extending customer services to other plants, blocking/unblocking customers based on credit or payment issues, and resolving customer-related issues or disputes. 8. Maintains work schedules for manufacturing and allocates resources based on production needs and capacity. 9.Maintening master data and be able to guide and train the users. 10.Thorough knowledge of business processes within SAP MM 11Support the current implentation 12.Update and maintain all SAP functional documentation 13.Support the functional team with issues and provide a solutions based approach
