Description

Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.  0-2years year of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors RCM.  Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.  Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus.  Certification in SAP SuccessFactors RCM is highly desirable.

Role and Responsibilities

• Roles & Responsibilities:  Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and objectives.  Configure the SuccessFactors Recruitment module to align with the client's specific requirements.  Customize workflows, templates, and forms to streamline the recruitment process.  Should have knowledge on editing the XML templates.  Provide recommendations on best practices for utilizing the module effectively.  Conduct training sessions for HR professionals, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders on how to use the SuccessFactors Recruitment module.  Create training materials, user guides, and documentation to support module implementation and usage.  Offer ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing any questions or issues that arise.  Develop custom reports, dashboards, to provide insights into recruitment performance and metrics.
