We offer specialized services in import/export operations, providing clients with seamless documentation and clearance solutions through advanced platforms such as EDI and Odex. Role Overview: We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced EDI Filing Executive for our Noida office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in import/export documentation, EDI filing, and proficiency in using Odex software. Key Responsibilities: Carry out e-filing of shipping documents via the EDI system. Handle complete import and export documentation processes. Upload, manage, and track documents through Odex software. Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and clients for timely submissions. Ensure timely filing and compliance with customs regulations. Maintain accurate records of shipping bills, bills of entry, and related documents. Stay updated with changes in regulatory and customs procedures. Candidate Requirements: 2 to 6 years of experience in EDI filing and international logistics documentation. Proficient in EDI systems and Odex software. Sound knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures. Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and handle pressure. Graduate in any stream (Logistics/Supply Chain background preferred).
