About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Workday Analyst – Fresher. In this role, you will assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in HR technology, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and support the configuration of Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Tracking).
- Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into system configurations.
- Help in testing, validating, and documenting Workday processes and workflows.
- Support end users by troubleshooting issues and providing technical guidance.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure Workday is used efficiently.
- Participate in Workday training and certifications as needed.
- Assist with report generation and data analysis using Workday tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of databases, cloud software, or HR systems is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the Workday ecosystem.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or data tools is advantageous.
