Roles & Responsibilities  - Practice knowledge on SAP PA, PY, TM and OM Modules  - Good in Excel and Documentation  - Mandatory to have Functional Knowledge on Middle east Payroll (Advance leave salary, EOS Payout, annual leaves, GOSI, Provisioning)   - Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all organizational standards.  - Suggesting the solutions best suited for the implementation of Client HR Business process.  - Created organizational units, jobs, tasks and positions assigned the tasks to positions and integrated all of these into the enterprises organizational plan.  - Customized the basic settings for Personnel Administration.  Added Advantage   - Preferably who has worked on any other payroll software/HRMS  - Developed ABAP reports in coordination with Functional Team  - Managed daily support for System Users  - End user Testing & a part of the implementation process  - Proficient in executing various actions in PA40 on need basis.  Requirements - SAP HCM Certified. (preferable)  - Domain is an added advantage.  - Payroll End User is added advantage  - Immediate Joiners
