Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our SAP team as SAP FICO Consultants. This entry-level role is designed for individuals with strong finance or accounting backgrounds who are eager to build a career in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. You will receive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience working with SAP ERP systems in real business environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the configuration and support of SAP FICO modules (FI - Financial Accounting, CO - Controlling).
- Work closely with senior consultants and business users to gather and understand requirements.
- Help document functional and technical specifications.
- Support in data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Participate in SAP system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance tasks.
- Perform basic analysis and troubleshooting of SAP FICO-related issues.
- Learn and follow SAP best practices and company-specific processes.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Familiarity with SAP FICO module concepts (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, -Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Internal Orders, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn SAP systems and pursue SAP certifications.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
