Key Roles & Responsibilities:
* Assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
* Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand logistics and transportation requirements.
* Participate in requirement gathering, documentation, system testing, and go-live activities.
* Support end users in resolving TMS-related issues and provide timely solutions.
* Configure and maintain transportation master data such as carriers, routes, and shipment details.
* Analyze logistics processes to improve transportation planning and execution efficiency.
* Prepare and review reports to ensure accuracy in freight management and shipment tracking.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Logistics, and IT to streamline transportation operations.
* Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Required Knowledge & Competencies:
* Basic understanding of TMS concepts such as carrier management, freight planning, and shipment execution.
