Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PM modules, ensuring smooth integration with other SAP systems and business processes. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in SAP consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in SAP PM module configuration, testing, and implementation.
* Support business users in understanding and utilizing SAP PM functionalities.
* Participate in requirement gathering, system analysis, and documentation.
* Work with senior consultants to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
* Prepare user manuals, training materials, and conduct end-user training sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field (Any Graduate may apply).
* Basic understanding of SAP modules and business processes.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Eagerness to learn SAP PM functionalities and contribute to project success.
* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (onsite + remote).
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
* Exposure to SAP PM module through coursework, internship, or certification.
* Knowledge of maintenance management processes (preventive, corrective, breakdown maintenance).
* Familiarity with data migration and SAP integration concepts.
