About the Role HCL Technologies is looking for enthusiastic non-technical graduate freshers who have successfully completed SAP HANA training and certification to join our growing SAP practice. Key Responsibilities - Assist in SAP BASIS administration, system monitoring, and performance management. - Gain hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, HANA database, and cloud-based SAP environments. - Support system configuration, transport management, and upgrade activities. - Understand and contribute to the SAP product lifecycle and version management. - Collaborate with project teams on SAP Cloud integrations involving Azure, AWS, or GCP. - Prepare technical documentation and reports to support daily operations. - Exhibit a proactive, adaptable, and committed approach toward learning and project delivery. Key Skills & Competencies - Strong understanding of SAP BASIS principles and core technologies. - Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA database. - Awareness of SAP lifecycle management and cloud migration concepts. - Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform – Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud (GCP). - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - A strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
