*Job Title :- R2R Processor (SAP FICO – Financial Accounting)* *Company Name* : Accenture *Location* : Koramangala, Bangalore *Work Mode:* Hybrid *CTC* : ₹3 LPA *Experience* : 1–3 Years *Notice Period* : 60 Days *Shift Timings* : 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM OR 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM *Qualification:* B.Com or equivalent *About the Role* The R2R Processor will be responsible for managing financial transactions, month-end close activities, reconciliations, reporting, and supporting global finance functions. *Key Responsibilities* * Handle general accounting and month-end close activities * Process standard and non-standard journal entries. * Review balance sheet and P&L trends. * Conduct variance analysis and provide insights. * Manage reconciliations and ensure accuracy in reporting. * Prepare statutory reporting files and financial schedules. * Review trial balances and process year-end adjustments * Coordinate with Finance Controllers and global teams. * Support fixed asset accounting and GL-related activities * Conduct VAT reconciliations and assist in statutory audits. * Perform intercompany reconciliations and settlements. * Validate intercompany commission, dividends, and charges. * Manage intercompany netting and communications. * Prepare payroll journal entries and reconciliations. * Support statutory and tax filings for payroll. *Requirements* * Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. * 1–3 years of experience in R2R, General Accounting, or F&A. * Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting. * Experience working on SAP or other ERP systems. * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
