*Job Description:*
Redserv Global Solution is hiring SAP SD Fresher Consultants with a focus on Outbound Processes. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in SAP Sales & Distribution, especially in Outbound Delivery, Shipping, and Billing processes.
*Roles & Responsibilities:*
* Assist in SAP SD Outbound processes (Sales Order to Delivery cycle)
* Work on Outbound Delivery creation and processing
* Support Picking, Packing, and Post Goods Issue (PGI)
* Assist in Billing and Invoice processing
* Maintain Customer and Material Master Data
* Support pricing and shipping-related activities
* Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
* Assist in unit testing and UAT activities
* Prepare basic functional documentation and user manuals
* Provide end-user support and basic troubleshooting
* Follow SAP best practices and company processes
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
* Any Graduate / Post Graduate
* Basic knowledge of SAP SD Outbound (mandatory)
* Hindi speaking skills – Mandatory for ₹2.6 LPA package
* English communication skills required
* Willing to work in rotational shifts
* Ready to work from office in Guindy, Chennai
* Immediate joiners preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Preferred Skills:*
* Understanding of ERP concepts
* Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD – Outbound
* Customer support / Helpdesk / Internship experience (added advantage)
