*Role Summary*
The SAP MM Executive/Supervisor will support warehouse and cold-chain operations by handling SAP MM/WM transactions and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of SAP MM or warehouse SAP exposure.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Execute SAP MM/WM transactions such as GRN, put-away, picking, and dispatch.
* Maintain batch-wise, expiry-date–wise, and temperature-zone–wise stock in SAP.
* Assist in inbound material checks, pallet tagging, and bin allocation.
* Generate picking lists and support dispatch documentation ensuring FEFO compliance.
* Support physical stock verification, cycle counts, and audits.
* Coordinate with warehouse, QC, and transport teams for daily operations.
* Ensure adherence to cold-chain SOPs and safety standards.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
* 0–1 year experience in SAP MM / WM or SAP warehouse operations.
* SAP MM certification or end-user experience is acceptable for freshers.
* Basic understanding of inventory management, GRN, batch & expiry handling.
* Willingness to work in warehouse environment and rotational shifts.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
*Preferred Candidate Profile*
* Freshers with SAP MM training and interest in logistics/warehouse operations.
* Exposure to cold storage, FMCG, food, pharma, or logistics is an advantage.
* Ready to learn and grow in SAP MM & warehouse operations.
