*Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (EC & RCM)* *Company* : Seppin Labs *Location* : Bangalore *Experience* : 0–2 Years *Joining* : Immediate *Salary & Growth:* * ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month during the first 4 months * Salary package up to ₹3 LPA after successful completion of initial period *Key Responsibilities:* * Support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Recruitment Management (RCM) modules * Assist in configuration, implementation, and day-to-day management of SAP SF processes * Maintain and update Employee Master, Job Requisition, and Recruitment records in SAP SF * Coordinate with HR and business teams for smooth operations * Support documentation, reports, and data validation * Assist in resolving basic SAP SuccessFactors issues *Skills:* * Basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC & RCM modules * Understanding of HR processes including employee lifecycle and recruitment * Knowledge of SAP SF integration with other HR modules * Good communication and problem-solving skills Regards, Placement Team Henry Harvin Education
