Job Title: SAP SCM Executive* *Company* : AKSEDGE SOFTWARE *Department* : Operations / Supply Chain Management *Location* : Sector 63, Noida *Experience* : 0 to 3 Years *Salary* : Up to 3.6 LPA (based on experience) *Job Description* We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically sound SAP SCM Executive with hands-on experience in supply chain processes and SAP systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory, and logistics operations using SAP SCM modules, ensuring efficient and timely execution of supply chain activities. *Key Responsibilities* * Manage day-to-day operations using SAP SCM modules * Process purchase orders, goods receipts, and inventory updates in SAP * Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities * Ensure accurate data entry and system updates in SAP * Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams for material movement * Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods * Handle inbound and outbound logistics operations * Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory and system data * Manage returns, damaged goods, and stock mismatches * Maintain daily MIS reports and SAP records * Generate reports related to inventory and logistics performance * Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies *Key Skills Required* * Knowledge of SAP SCM modules (MM / WM / EWM) * Understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management * Good communication skills (Hindi & English) * Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment *Eligibility Criteria* * Graduate (preferred) * Experience in SAP system handling is mandatory * Knowledge of procurement or warehouse processes is an advantage * KPIs / Performance Metrics * Inventory accuracy * Timely processing of SAP transactions * Order fulfillment rate * Data accuracy & reporting compliance * Vendor coordination efficiency Regards, Placement Team
