This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who have completed ServiceNow training and are eager to build a career in ITSM and cloud-based platforms. *Key Requirements* • Completed training in ServiceNow (ITSM or related modules) • Recent graduates from Computer Science or related fields • Willingness to work in US shift timings • Comfortable with a work from office setup • Basic understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform • Good communication and problem-solving skills *Roles & Responsibilities* • Assist in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and support activities • Work with teams to implement and maintain ServiceNow solutions • Support incident, problem, and change management processes • Create reports, workflows, and dashboards • Troubleshoot basic issues and ensure timely resolution *Preferred Skills* • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, or integrations (added advantage) • Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn *Additional Information* • Employment Agreement: 3 Years • Work Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) • Shift Timing: US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM) • Drop Facility: Available Regards, Placement Team
