Ltd. *Location* : Bangalore / Hyderabad *Work Mode* : Work From Office *Shift* : Rotational / Any Shift *Salary* : ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month *Experience* : 0 to 1 Year *Interview Mode* : Virtual / Online *Job Summary* We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP SCM Executive / SAP Operator to support warehouse and supply chain operations through accurate SAP system handling and inventory management activities. The candidate will be responsible for real-time SAP entries, stock reconciliation, reporting, and coordination with warehouse and operations teams. Freshers who have completed SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) / SAP MM training are encouraged to apply. *Key Responsibilities* * Perform SAP data entry for inbound, outbound, GRN, GIN, stock transfers, and return entries. * Create and update material documents, delivery orders, pick lists, and billing-related entries. * Ensure real-time updating of stock movement in SAP. * Coordinate with warehouse teams for physical stock and system stock matching. * Support cycle counting and inventory reconciliation activities. * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly SAP reports. * Maintain accurate records of postings, cancellations, and corrections. * Monitor pending transactions and clear backlog entries. * Follow SOPs, audit requirements, and ensure data accuracy. * Assist during internal and external audits for SAP-related documentation. *Skills Required* * SAP SCM / SAP MM basic knowledge * Warehouse and inventory management understanding * Data entry accuracy and attention to detail * Knowledge of GRN, GIN, stock transfer processes * Basic Excel and MS Office skills * Report generation and data handling * Ability to work in rotational shifts *Benefits* * Statutory & Insurance Benefits * Third-party payroll employment * Career growth opportunities in Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations * Exposure to SAP-based warehouse management systems Regards, Placement Team Henry Harvin Education
