*About the Role*
VNV Foods Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented International Call Center Executives with French (A1 level or above) for its international process in Amritsar.
We are looking for confident communicators who can handle international customer interactions, sales conversations, and support global business operations.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Handle outbound international calls to French-speaking customers professionally
* Achieve daily and monthly sales/calling targets
* Understand customer needs and offer suitable product/service solutions
* Perform upselling and cross-selling activities
* Follow up on leads, inquiries, and marketing campaigns
* Maintain accurate customer records and call logs
* Coordinate with international back-office and sales teams (Netherlands process support)
* Provide after-sales support and customer assistance
* Share daily performance reports with supervisors
*Required Skills*
* Strong French communication skills (A1 or above)
* Strong English communication (mandatory)
* Good convincing and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer and email handling knowledge
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a target-driven international environment
*Eligibility Criteria*
* Minimum Graduation in any stream
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
* Prior international BPO / tele-sales experience is an advantage
