Candidates will handle inbound and outbound customer calls and provide effective customer support. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls Understand and resolve customer queries Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions Key Skills Excellent verbal communication Customer handling and problem-solving Active listening Minimum B1, B2 Spanish proficiency C1/C2 preferred.
